Our Mission: Reduce Water Consumption by 50%
We’ve set an ambitious yet achievable goal: cut water use in half in every project we design.
Here’s how we bring this vision to life:
🔹 Grey-Water Recycling
We treat grey-water—wastewater from showers, sinks, and washing machines—to be safely reused for non-potable needs like toilet flushing, irrigation, and even cooling systems. This reduces dependency on fresh water while creating closed-loop systems within the home.
🔹 Smart Fixtures & Technologies
We integrate low-flow faucets, dual-flush toilets, aerated showers, and intelligent water monitoring systems that track and optimize use, without compromising comfort.
🔹 Rainwater Harvesting
Our designs include rainwater catchment systems that collect, store, and filter natural rainfall for use in the home or garden—harnessing nature’s gift to reduce strain on municipal supply.
🔹 Biophilic & Passive Systems
By aligning with nature’s own water cycles, we use natural filtration through green roofs, permeable surfaces, and landscape design to support groundwater replenishment and prevent waste.
🔹 Circular Economy Approach
In line with our circular design philosophy, we view water not as a disposable commodity but as a renewable resource. Just like with materials, wastewater becomes a resource to be purified, repurposed, and preserved.
Why This Matters
Urban environments consume over 60% of global resources, and water is central to that footprint. The built environment must shift from being a drain on resources to a system of regeneration.
Incorporating water-wise strategies not only protects ecosystems and lowers utility costs, but also builds resilience for communities facing increasing climate volatility.
Design is not just about aesthetics—it’s about responsibility, resilience, and regenerative thinking.
The Future We’re Building
At WoS, we believe that sustainability is an act of care—for the planet, for future generations, and for the delicate balance that allows life to thrive.
Let’s imagine and create homes, cities, and communities where every drop is valued, respected, and cycled with intention.
